Considered to be the oldest Tarot de Marseille deck, the Jean Noblet Tarot has been lovingly and meticulously restored by the design duo Artisan Tarot.

Krisztin Kondor and William Rader, the founders behind Artisan Tarot, set the goal of restoring historic tarot decks thus bringing them back into popularity among modern readers. The Jean Noblet deck was originally produced in Paris in 1650 and the last existing copy is carefully preserved at the National Library of France.

As 6 - 10 of swords are missing, Krisztin and William reconstructed them based on contemporary decks. The result is not an exact reproduction, but one that would suit a modern reader. These cards are bridge size, so cute and small and easy to travel with! As this is Tarot de Marseille, the cards are in French. Printed in the USA by Shuffled Ink.

This deck comes with:

  • 78 Bridge sized cards (5.7cm x 8.9cm) printed on premium 310gsm card stock
  • 2 information cards in English, one of which certifies its authenticity.
  • Sturdy playing card tuck box
